Shipping policy

Thermik ships JointWise to addresses in the United States. All orders include tracking.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Payments are verified before shipping; orders with incorrect billing information may be delayed or canceled.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Address changes

Once an order begins processing we cannot change it. We ship only to the address entered at checkout, so please double-check it.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. If you have no tracking update 5 business days after ordering, email support@trythermik.com.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days and we will help.
