Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew every 28 days. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@trythermik.com.

Cancellations made at least 3 days before your next billing date will stop the next shipment and charge. If a cancellation is made after that, the upcoming order will still process and ship, and your subscription will end after it.
