90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love JointWise. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will give you a full refund of the product price, even if the bottles are opened or empty. One refund per customer.

How to request a refund

Email support@trythermik.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For returns over $55 we recommend a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refund processing

Once your request is approved we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Banks typically take 2–3 additional business days to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after that, email support@trythermik.com and we will investigate.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by the same 90-day guarantee for the first shipment. You can cancel future shipments any time; see our Subscription Policy.

Free gifts

Free e-book and gift items have no cash value and are not refundable.
